This month marks a special milestone — 10 years of BCWineTrends. What started as a simple idea to share my passion for wine has evolved into a platform featuring over 700 articles that celebrate BC wineries, wine industry trends, and wine economics. Along the way, I’ve visited wineries across three continents — yet my focus has always remained on the wines of British Columbia.
From the beginning, the objective of BCWineTrends has been straightforward: to cut through the marketing hype and deliver information of genuine value to BC wine enthusiasts. Whether that means shining a light on small family-run vineyards, highlighting economic challenges in the industry, or seeking out the very best value wines, I’ve worked to be a trusted, independent voice for the BC wine community.
