Noble Ridge Vineyard & Winery releases four wines from the Vilicus Series – Rosé, Pinot Grigio, Viognier and a Pinot Gris / Viognier blend. The wines were “crafted in BC” from grapes grown in Washington State.

Noble Ridge Vilicus Series Wines

“The Vilicus Series is a tribute to the vilicus—the noble steward entrusted with preserving our legacy. This limited, one-time release demonstrate our dedication to craftsmanship and sustainability while our vineyard recovers. Each bottle captures this moment in time, honouring the past while safeguarding the future.” Benoît Gauthier, Chief Operating Officer & Director of Winemaking and Viticulture.

“The grapes were harvested and pressed in Washington under our Director of Winemaking Benoit’s trusted protocols. The must was then stabilized and brought to Noble Ridge, where the winemaking team carefully crafted the true Noble Ridge style blend.”
