Vancouver Island is carving out a distinctive place in BC’s sparkling wine story, and Blue Grouse Estate Winery is right at the forefront.
With its Charme de l’Île lineup, the winery captures the fresh, coastal energy of the Cowichan Valley in two styles: a vibrant, Beaujolais-inspired Rosé and a crisp, aromatic white blend.
Blue Grouse Charme De L’Île Rosé ($29.99)
Crafted from 100% Vancouver Island grapes, this blend of Pinot Noir, Gamay Noir, and Pinot Gris captures the coastal freshness of the Cowichan Valley. Each lot is fermented separately, then blended for precision and lift.
A second fermentation in stainless steel delivers lively bubbles and bright fruit, with a final dosage adding polish before bottling.
Fresh, juicy, and full of island charm ✨✨
