Layers of white peach, apricot, nectarine, tropical fruit, honey, almond and a hint of vanilla are wrapped in a rich, beautifully textured palate with a long, complex finish. My advice? Don't overchill it. Every stage of the winemaking—from hand sorting and fermentation to barrel aging and blending—was completed at the Oliver winery, preserving Hester Creek's signature style. Tasting Notes Deep, expressive aromas of blackberry, black cherry, cassis and violet are layered with cedar, espresso and baking spice. Full-bodied and beautifully structured, the palate delivers ripe black plum, blackberry and dark cherry supported by polished tannins, lively acidity and subtle notes of dark chocolate and toasted oak. Powerful yet remarkably balanced, this is a polished red with impressive depth and a long, savoury finish. 92 Points.
