2025 @township7 Provenance Series Rosé ($28.97) A 2025 @township7 Provenance Series Rosé ($28.97)

A beautifully polished Okanagan rosé from Township 7 — fresh, vibrant and summer-ready.

Bright red berry fruit, lifted citrus, crisp acidity and a clean, refreshing finish make this a terrific patio wine and a natural match for seafood, charcuterie or grilled chicken. 91 Points.

Another strong 2025 BC rosé release from Township 7. 🍷🌸

🍷 Some wines deserve a second look. @churchandsta 🍷 Some wines deserve a second look.

@churchandstatewines State's 2020 Trebella is one of them. This Rhône-inspired blend of Viognier, Roussanne and Marsanne has aged beautifully, showing just how rewarding patience can be.

Layers of white peach, apricot, nectarine, tropical fruit, honey, almond and a hint of vanilla are wrapped in a rich, beautifully textured palate with a long, complex finish. My advice? Don't overchill it. Let it warm slightly and you'll discover even more depth and character.

🍽️ Pair it with Dijon mustard and breadcrumb-crusted salmon, roast chicken or creamy seafood dishes.

92 Points ⭐️

Great wine doesn't always have to be the newest vintage.

✨ Some sparkling wines celebrate the moment. Other ✨ Some sparkling wines celebrate the moment. Others become the moment.

The 2022 @township7 Seven Stars Aurora is firmly in the second category.

Thirty months en tirage have transformed 100% Okanagan Falls Pinot Noir into a beautifully refined Blanc de Noirs, layering freshly baked brioche, delicate strawberry, crisp citrus and golden apple over a silky, creamy mousse. Vibrant acidity and remarkable precision carry through to a long, elegant finish.

🍾 93 Points

Pair it with lobster, duck à l'orange, mushroom risotto or simply good company and something worth celebrating.

Not all rosés are made for the patio. @bottegawine Not all rosés are made for the patio. @bottegawinestudio

Some are made for the dinner table.

🍓 Seven Directions 2025 Estate Grenache Rosé is one of those rare wines that stops you in your tracks. Barrel fermented for remarkable texture and depth, it layers wild strawberry, cranberry, white peach and dragon fruit over a long, salty, mineral finish that could only come from the Similkameen.

For a first estate Grenache Rosé, this is nothing short of spectacular.

🍷 94 Points

Pair it with steamed BC mussels, grilled salmon, duck breast, or simply a sunset and good company.

🥐 Brunch just got a serious upgrade. 🍷 Croissant. 🥐 Brunch just got a serious upgrade. 🍷

Croissant. Brie. Fig jam. @blastedchurch Church 2025 Viognier.

This aromatic beauty layers apricot, peach, mango and honeycomb with vibrant acidity and just a kiss of oak. Rich enough for creamy cheese, bright enough to keep you reaching for another sip.

One of those pairings that simply works. 90 Points.

Vineyard & Winemaking
When the January 2024 freeze devastated BC vineyards, Hester Creek looked to Washington's renowned Red Mountain AVA for fruit with a climate and terroir similar to the South Okanagan. Every stage of the winemaking—from hand sorting and fermentation to barrel aging and blending—was completed at the Oliver winery, preserving Hester Creek's signature style.

Tasting Notes
Deep, expressive aromas of blackberry, black cherry, cassis and violet are layered with cedar, espresso and baking spice. Full-bodied and beautifully structured, the palate delivers ripe black plum, blackberry and dark cherry supported by polished tannins, lively acidity and subtle notes of dark chocolate and toasted oak. Powerful yet remarkably balanced, this is a polished red with impressive depth and a long, savoury finish. 92 Points.

Food Pairing
Grilled ribeye, smoked brisket, braised short ribs or aged cheddar.

🍷 Worth seeking out if you enjoy bold reds with finesse.
