🍇 GRAY MONK: THE OKANAGAN’S PINOT GRIS KING! 🍷 Tw 🍇 GRAY MONK: THE OKANAGAN’S PINOT GRIS KING! 🍷

Two exceptional Pinots. Two different expressions of the Okanagan. One remarkable winery heritage!

🥂 Gray Monk Odyssey Pinot Gris 2025

Crafted from estate vines approximately 50 years old, among BC’s oldest Pinot Gris plantings!

Delicate copper hues, ripe stone fruit, white florals and subtle spice. Partial French oak aging and lees stirring create a creamy texture balanced by refreshing acidity.

🍷 Gray Monk Odyssey Pinot Noir 2022

From mature South Kelowna vineyards and aged 18 months in French oak.

Elegant red cherry, red currant, earthy notes and baking spice, with silky tannins and a long, refined finish.

🌿 Gray Monk helped pioneer Pinot Gris in Canada when George and Trudy Heiss imported vines from Alsace in 1976.

Nearly 50 years later, that pioneering spirit lives on in the Odyssey collection!

📖 Discover the vineyard stories, winemaking details, tasting notes and food pairings in our latest article.

🥂 @nobleridgewinery The Pink One Sparkling Rosé 20 🥂 @nobleridgewinery The Pink One Sparkling Rosé 2022 | $45 | 92 Points

Delicate in colour, deliciously expressive in the glass. 💗

This traditional-method sparkling rosé is crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grown at Noble Ridge’s Home Vineyard in Okanagan Falls. Just four hours of skin contact create its pale salmon hue, while 31 months en tirage bring texture and complexity.

A fine, persistent mousse lifts aromas of citrus, strawberry, rose petals and a hint of hazelnut. Cherry, raspberry and baked pear unfold on the palate, layered with subtle brioche. Creamy yet crisp, with a dry, graceful finish that invites another sip.

🦪 Pair with fresh oysters, smoked salmon or seafood canapés—or simply enjoy as an elegant start to the evening.

Only 220 cases produced. 92 Points.

🍷 @bottegawinestudio Pinot Noir 2024 | $78 | 93+ P 🍷 @bottegawinestudio Pinot Noir 2024 | $78 | 93+ Points

Just 40 cases from a vintage that tested BC’s vineyards to their limits.

Crafted by Daniel Bontorin from a tiny parcel of surviving fruit at Tractor & Vines Vineyard in Summerland, this Pinot Noir offers both concentration and finesse.

Forest floor and violet aromas mingle with blackcurrant, crushed raspberry and a hint of tobacco. The palate unfolds with black plum, raspberry and sour cherry, lifted by bright acidity. Fine-grained tannins and subtle oak spice carry through a beautifully long, layered finish.

Made entirely from Dijon Clone 667 and aged eight months in second-fill French oak, the vineyard’s fruit remains centre stage.

🍽️ My pairing: pan-seared lingcod with Julia Child’s eggplant, tomato and cheese gratin. The earthy eggplant, tangy tomatoes and savoury cheese bring this unexpected match together.

An impressive Pinot Noir born from an extraordinarily difficult vintage. 93+ Points.

A rich, inviting Okanagan @nobleridgewinery red fo A rich, inviting Okanagan @nobleridgewinery red for an autumn evening. 🍂

Ripe blackberry and blackcurrant aromas mingle with dark chocolate and coffee. The palate is medium-bodied and beautifully creamy, with velvet-smooth tannins framing layers of blackberry, cherry, espresso, licorice and cocoa. A gentle touch of spice carries into a long, satisfying finish.

This Bordeaux-style blend brings together 60% Merlot, 31% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc and 4% Malbec, sourced from vineyards in Okanagan Falls and Oliver.

Aged for 14 months in French and American oak, with 78% new barrels, it offers generous fruit, polished texture and plenty of character.
🥩 Pour alongside grilled ribeye, braised short ribs, roast lamb or a wedge of aged cheese.
A delicious expression of the excellent 2022 vintage. 93 Points.

🍷🐟 Pinot Noir and pan-fried sockeye salmon—a pairi 🍷🐟 Pinot Noir and pan-fried sockeye salmon—a pairing worth staying home for!

@nobleridgewinery Noble Pinot Noir 2025 joined our dinner of sockeye salmon, roasted potatoes and a fresh salad. Its expressive fruit, earthy undertones and velvet-smooth tannins made a lovely match for the rich salmon and its golden, pan-seared crust.

Aromas of red cherry, blueberry and a hint of violet lead into flavours of cherry, cranberry and mulberry, with forest-floor earthiness adding depth. Beautifully integrated oak carries through a long, lingering finish.

Grown at Noble Ridge’s Home Vineyard in Okanagan Falls, this 100% Pinot Noir spent eight months in seasoned French oak barrels, keeping the fruit firmly in focus.

An elegant, approachable red that brings plenty of pleasure to the dinner table. 🍷

The 2024 Interlude collection impressed, from a powerful, polished Syrah to an easygoing red blend we enjoyed with pizza. Swipe through for the wines and our pairings. ➡️

🍷 Interlude Syrah — 94 Points / $44.97
My standout of the collection. Blackberry, black plum and blueberry meet dark chocolate and peppercorn spice, with a plush texture and beautifully smooth tannins. Reminiscent of a premium Australian Shiraz.

🍷 Interlude Merlot — 93 Points / $33
Concentrated black plum and blackberry, layered with dark chocolate, graphite and mineral notes. Velvety tannins and lively acidity carry a long finish. Particularly appealing value.

🍷 Interlude Cabernet Sauvignon — 93 Points / $37.98
Bold and full-bodied, with black cherry, cassis, baking spice, tobacco and leather. Firm, integrated tannins frame a long, savoury finish. We enjoyed it with bruschetta.

🍷 Interlude Red — 91 Points / $29.97
An unusual Pinot Noir-led blend with juicy red cherry, strawberry and gentle spice. Soft tannins develop a light grip towards the finish—a relaxed companion to pizza night. 🍕

Following the devastating 2024 Okanagan freeze, Mary McDermott and her team crafted these wines in Naramata from Washington and California grapes. The Interlude program kept the winery working while its BC vineyards recovered.
