“It is hard to believe that Noble Ridge is celebrating its 20th Vintage this year! It seems like it was only yesterday that we purchased the property and began adding to the 3 acres of vines that had been planted in 1986. Fortunately, our land is unique and allowed us to grow the varietals for which we were most interested. Noble Ridge is one of the very few vineyards in the world where you can grow both Bordeaux and Burgundy varieties.
This is only made possible because of the huge craters or “kettles” carved out by the glaciers which once occupied this land. Each of these kettles constitute their own unique meso-climates and are ideally suited to Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Our goal is to make premium quality wines that would prove to the rest of the world that Canada can make the best wines in the world! While this is a rather audacious goal, we have been very fortunate to have been recognized both nationally and internationally for our wines. Our awards have ranged from Gold medals in Chardonnay du Monde and Effervescents du Monde in Burgundy, France, a Triple Gold Medal in California, top Sparkling Wine in Canada, Best of Class in Los Angeles and San Francisco and many many more. Thank you for joining us in this wonderful adventure. We look forward to sharing a glass with you over the next 20 vintages!”

Celebration Activities
The celebration activities will include a VIP dinner in June, three Vine Dining events overlooking Vaseaux Lake, catered by Chef Chris Van Hooydonk and Backyard Farms, two Harvest Work Days, and a staff celebration in August.
