Victoria, BC – May 7th, 2024 – The Victoria International Wine Festival is thrilled to introduce, a unique addition to its celebrated lineup: the ‘Roses and Rosé’ gala evening. Set against the elegant backdrop of the Parkside Hotel and Spa on July 27th, this one-of-a-kind event promises an exciting blend of floral beauty and exquisite wines starting at 7:00 PM.
Prepare to immerse yourself in a night where wine culture takes center stage. “Roses and Rosé” is a sensory journey designed to spotlight the delicate flavours of Rosé wines, complemented by subtle pairing notes of roses courtesy of Brown’s Florist. This unique synergy of blooms and bouquets will be further explored through expert pairing insights provided live by our esteemed sommeliers and a guest horticulturist.
Guests will enjoy a gala-style tasting format that encourages leisurely exploration of diverse Rosé varieties. Live classical guitar performances enhance the ambiance, creating a perfect summer evening under the stars and cozy indoor settings. We encourage attendees to embrace the event’s spirit by dressing in pink, adding celebration to the evening’s attire.
