After an eight-year absence, the 2025 Bottega Viognier arrives with remarkable texture, floral lift, and a polished old-world feel that shines alongside saffron-rich seafood and chicken paella. 🥘✨ Crafted from low-yielding vineyards in both the Similkameen and Okanagan Valleys, this small-production Viognier was hand-picked, whole bunch pressed, and aged on lees with monthly bâtonnage to build depth and complexity. Only 780 bottles produced. 🍑 Tasting Notes Lifted aromatics of tangerine blossom, honeysuckle, ripe peach, and exotic fruit lead into a beautifully textured palate layered with apricot, mandarin orange, kiwi, and tropical fruit. A subtle hazelnut note and creamy lees texture give the wine an almost Chardonnay-like richness, while Similkameen minerality and fresh acidity keep everything vibrant and food-friendly.
