Vibrant aromas of black fruit with floral notes of violet and sage. On the palate, more black fruit with flavours of black cherry, dark plum, and cocoa. A full-bodied Merlot with a rush of acidity and grippy tannins that add depth and complexity. Alcohol: 12.2% / TA 6.9 g/L / RS 8.0 g/L The Pinot Noir grapes were fermented in Stainless steel tanks, then aged in bottles after second fermentation for at least 12 months. A gorgeous pale salmon hue. Aromas of fresh strawberries, rose petals with a hint of hazelnut. Full of luscious ripe peach, mandarin orange and baked pear flavours with a hint of earthy bread and long finish. The four clones were picked on the same day and co-fermented in the traditional field blend way. Translucent ruby in colour with aromas of cherries with earthy undertones. A medium-bodied Pinot Noir with flavours of ripe cherries, forest floor and a touch of oak.
