I’ve been tasting the four new Township 7 2024 Interlude reds — Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Interlude Red. The series was born from the devastating January 2024 freeze, when Township 7 sourced premium fruit from trusted growers in Washington and California, then brought it back to Naramata to make, age and bottle the wines in BC. 🍁 Interlude Cabernet Sauvignon — Full-bodied and dark, with black cherry, cassis and a touch of dark chocolate.
