A rich, full-bodied Merlot with well-balanced acidity, velvet smooth tannins and a lovely long finish. The wine will age well, so drink it now or store it in the cellar. 93 points.

The merlot was blended with 2% Cabernet Franc and returned to the barrel. Alcohol %14.4 / pH 3.54 / TA 6.71 / RS 0.15 The colour is dark and inky. Vibrant aromas of black fruit with floral notes of violet and sage. On the palate, more black fruit with flavours of black cherry, dark plum, and cocoa. A full-bodied Merlot with a rush of acidity and grippy tannins that add depth and complexity. Alcohol: 12.2% / TA 6.9 g/L / RS 8.0 g/L The Pinot Noir grapes were fermented in Stainless steel tanks, then aged in bottles after second fermentation for at least 12 months. A gorgeous pale salmon hue. Aromas of fresh strawberries, rose petals with a hint of hazelnut. Full of luscious ripe peach, mandarin orange and baked pear flavours with a hint of earthy bread and long finish. The four clones were picked on the same day and co-fermented in the traditional field blend way. Translucent ruby in colour with aromas of cherries with earthy undertones. A medium-bodied Pinot Noir with flavours of ripe cherries, forest floor and a touch of oak.
