Silky smooth and incredibly refined, with delicate fruit and floral notes. Unlike many warm sakes people may have experienced, there was absolutely no harsh alcohol burn—just purity, balance and a long, graceful finish. ⭐ @quintadaboavista Vinha do Levante Grande Reserva Branco 2023 – rich, textured and complex while maintaining outstanding freshness. One of the standout white wines of the trip. 🍷 @niepoortwines Charme 2022 – elegant, perfumed and Burgundian in style, demonstrating why Dirk Niepoort is considered one of Portugal's most innovative winemakers.
